| Fri Nov 17, 2006 14:05:16 "Santa" John Holbrook | Hey Cole: Love the web site. Very artfully done, my compliments to the designer. You should be very proud of how much you have accomplished as an artisan in the world of kife making. I have the unique distinction of owning one of your knives, and I believe one day it will become an extremely coveted collector's piece. The craftsmanship is equal, if not superior to, anything I have ever seen. Bravo! | ||

Tue Oct 24, 2006 17:51:32 Darrell Hukkanen | Hi Colin, Hey we haven't talked for a bit. I've been so busy putting together a shop that I've had litle time for anything else. I still take that knife out every day (almost) just to look at it. For those that dont know, I am the lucky owner of the Elephant Toe with the DHH initials on one side and the Bull Elephant on the other side. My son thinks it's so cool, he would like to have it in his hands today. He has to wait a bit yet, when I turn 65, it goes to him. Overall, in every aspect, that knife is some of the finest work I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Thanks and good luck Colin! Darrell | ||
